SOJA AUSTRIA SAN

SOJA AUSTRIA SAN is a finely ground enzyme-inactive full-fat soy flour containing fat, vitamin E and lecithin as its natural components. It is used in the manufacture of pastry products and wafers and prevents moulded baked goods from sticking to the rollers. When used in fatty fillings it prevents the fat from separating from the filling. It also prevents water loss, thus improving the consistency of the filling.

SOJA AUSTRIA SAN is easily digestible, free from bitter compounds and has a pleasant nutty taste.

This product is also available in a gluten-free variety (< 20 ppm).
