SOJA AUSTRIA PAN is an enzyme-active full-fat soy flour for use in the production of white bread, toast, flour mixes and baking agents. The gentle grinding process ensures that the flour retains its natural components such as protein, fat, vitamin E and lecithin as well as its high level of enzyme activity.


SOJA AUSTRIA PAN is characterised by a high concentration of lipoxygenase, enhances shelf life, makes for a lighter colour of the crumb through enzymatic bleaching and increases the water-holding capacity and the dough volume.
