For contract performance it might be necessary, that we transmit your data to recipients within and outside the EU/the EEA (for example supplying companies). In case of a data processing outside the EU/the EEA the guaranteed protection level results of one of the provisions specified in Article 45 to Article 47 DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation). For contract performance it may be required in certain cases, that your data are processed in a third country without guaranteed protection level.

Due to statutory obligations (accounting system, tax and customs laws) we have to process your data.

As long as this contract or legal retention obligations exist, your data are stored with us.

Possibly we consult processors for this data processing, whom we have contractually obliged to observe relevant data protection measures.

You are in principle entitled to rights to information, correction, deletion, limitation, data transferability and appeal. In this respect we would ask you to contact us. Should you be of the opinion, that the processing of your data violates the privacy law or your data protection claims were violated in any other way, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority is responsible.

By receipt of this contract you render explicitly the consent to data processing and data transmittance (pursuant to General Data Protection Regulation Article 49 para. 1 lit a) – should it be required for contract performance – in third countries, which possibly do not comply with the data protection standards effective in the EU and in Austria. You are aware of the fact, that there is a risk involved, that the personal data may also be collected by unknown third parties violating the privacy right standards effective in Austria and the EU, and that in particular your rights of the individual cannot be guaranteed, the permissible processing and storage period could be exceeded and that Soja Austria is unable to prevent this.
