Full fat soy flour enzyme inactive

Our finely ground, whole soy protein is produced from genetically unmodified soybeans (NON-GMO). The beans are cleaned, dehulled and then toasted. Thanks to this additional processing the full-fat soy flour retains it natural components of fat, vitamin E and lecithin. SOJA AUSTRIA SAN is easy to digest, free of bitter constituents and has a pleasant nutty taste.

SOJA AUSTRIA SAN is used for pastry products and wafers. It prevents the adherence of moulded pastry to the roll. Used for fat fillings, SOJA AUSTRIA SAN helps reduce the fat: it prevents the deposit of fat and the loss of water, which leads to a better consistency of the fillings.
